(LOL!)
So I guess what I'm trying to say is that I'm happy that I was required to do 6 months with a doc because I feel that I am 110% ready for this.
Anyway, about a year ago, I was introduced to Starbucks' Green Tea Frappuccino, and I.WAS.HOOKED. For those of you that aren't familiar its a sweet, creamy Green Tea, drink of frozen goodnes. And coming in at a whopping 440 calories for the Grande size...eeeekk!! Really?!?! I was having a few a week!!! Just goes to show you how important it is to count calories, I would've never guessed that this thing was close to half of the calories I should have been eating/drinking per day.
